These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of Mskrishno (https://www.mskrishno.com) and every service ordered through it. By creating an account, adding funds or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Our services

Mskrishno provides digital services for mobile devices, including IMEI-based services, server / tool credits and licences, and remote (USB) services. All services are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password, API key and login details safe, and for all activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away at admin@mskrishno.com if you think your account has been used without your permission.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, is used for fraud, or causes chargebacks.

3. Lawful use only

You may only order services for devices that you own or are authorised to service. You must not use Mskrishno for stolen, lost, blacklisted or financed devices, or for any purpose that breaks the law in your country. We may refuse or cancel any order we believe is unlawful and report it where the law requires.

4. Placing an order

• Read the service description, supported models, delivery time and requirements before ordering.
• You are responsible for the details you submit (IMEI, serial number, model, network, username, etc.). An order placed with wrong details may fail and may not be refundable.
• Delivery times shown are estimates from our suppliers and are not guaranteed.
• Once an order is submitted it is processed automatically and usually cannot be changed.

5. Prices, wallet and payments

• Prices are shown on the website and may change at any time. The price at the moment you place an order is the price you pay.
• Orders are paid from your account wallet. Funds added to the wallet are for buying services on Mskrishno only.
• Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred outside the website, unless the law requires otherwise.
• Payment gateway fees, where charged, are shown before you pay and are non-refundable.
• Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for funds that were delivered or used will lead to account suspension.

6. Results of a service

Unlocking and other device services depend on manufacturers, networks and third-party servers. We do not guarantee that a service will work on every device, and we are not responsible for data loss, warranty loss or any damage caused by using a code, file or tool delivered to you. Always back up the device first.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Cancellation Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these Terms.

8. API access

If you use our API, keep your API key secret, respect any rate limits, and do not resell access in a way that breaks these Terms. We may disable an API key that is misused.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that caused it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
