Because every service on Mskrishno is digital, there is nothing to physically return. This policy explains when you receive a refund.

1. When you get a refund

• The order is rejected or failed by the supplier and no result was delivered.
• The order is cancelled before processing (see our Cancellation Policy).
• A delivered code or result is confirmed not working after our support team checks it, and the service description does not say "no refund".
• You were charged twice for the same order.

2. When a refund is not possible

• Wrong details were submitted (wrong IMEI, serial, model, network or username).
• The device is blacklisted, reported lost / stolen, or not supported as stated in the service description.
• The code or result was delivered and works, but you changed your mind or no longer need it.
• Server credits, licences or activations have already been added or used.
• The service description says "no refund".

3. How refunds are paid

• Order refunds are returned to your Mskrishno wallet. You can use the balance for any other service.
• Refunds to the wallet are usually instant once the order is marked rejected or cancelled.
• A request to return unused wallet funds to your original payment method is reviewed case by case. Payment gateway fees are not refundable, and funds that were used cannot be withdrawn.

4. How to ask for a refund

Contact support within 7 days of delivery at admin@mskrishno.com or +91 9073155452. Include your order ID and proof that the result did not work (for example, a screenshot or video). We reply during support hours: 24x7.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. A chargeback for a delivered service will lead to account suspension until it is resolved.
