By installing, copying, accessing, or otherwise using MarutiX Enterprise ("the Software"), you agree to the terms below.
1. Grant of license & domain binding
MarutiX grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one (1) production instance of the Software on the single domain registered with your license key. Each additional domain needs its own license.
2. Source code integrity & restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or modify the protected parts of the Software. Bypassing license verification or integrity checks violates software copyright law and locks the installation.
3. Data security
You are responsible for securing your database credentials, server configuration, SSL certificates, payment gateway keys, and customer balances. MarutiX is not liable for losses caused by server misconfiguration or compromised third-party credentials.
4. Updates & support
Updates, security patches, and support require an active license. Updates keep your existing data and settings.
5. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws applicable to commercial software distribution and intellectual property.
